Yacht for charter
ZULU 3 is a Sanlorenzo SD112 motor yacht, built in 2017 and refitted in 2022, a privately owned boat entering charter for the first time and presented in immaculate condition throughout. With a tri-deck layout, an unusual configuration for a Sanlorenzo of this size, she gives eight guests more room to spread across the boat than a conventional two-deck design would allow.
Interior design is by Francesco Paszkowski, working in neutral tones and natural materials, with iPad controls for lighting, blinds and audio-visual systems across all cabins and communal areas.

Four en-suite cabins sleep eight guests. The master suite sits on the main deck and benefits from a separate bathroom and dressing area, with his-and-her sinks and marble shower walls. On the lower deck, a VIP cabin convertible to twin and two further doubles complete the accommodation, all with king beds, extra acoustic insulation and a dedicated air conditioning system for each cabin.
The exterior layout rewards those who like to move around a yacht. The aft deck seats guests al fresco; the upper deck adds a second dining area; and the sun deck at the top has a Jacuzzi, sunbeds, a bar and shade, giving the yacht three distinct outdoor spaces with different moods throughout the day. Stabilisers underway and at anchor keep things comfortable in whatever conditions the Adriatic brings.
ZULU 3 carries one standout piece of equipment: a Fjord 38 chase boat with its own en-suite cabin, making it possible for guests to reach secluded bays and remote beaches that a tender alone could not access. Alongside this, the water toy spread includes a Williams jet tender, a Seadoo jet ski, an e-foil, three Seabob F5 SRs, two wakeboards, two towable tubes, an inflatable party platform, five paddleboards, three beach leisure platforms, an underwater scooter, water skis, snorkelling gear and fishing equipment.
ZULU 3 is polished, well equipped and genuinely flexible, a Sanlorenzo built for guests who want the full range of the Adriatic open to them.
