Monaco Yacht Show 2026: 3 Exceptional Yachts for Charter

Silver Star Yachting is heading to Monaco Yacht Show 2026, running from 23 to 26 September in Port Hercule. Three yachts from the SSY fleet will be on the dock and open for viewing: ALE III, an Azimut Grande Trideck making her charter debut, ANIMA, the Fountaine Pajot Power 80 flagship, and BIANCA II, the first Grand Soleil 80 LC ever built. All three are available to charter across the Mediterranean for the 2027 season.

What Is the Monaco Yacht Show?

The show is the yachting industry’s biggest annual gathering, held every September in Port Hercule, in the heart of the Principality. This year’s edition brings together around 120 superyachts for sale and charter, close to 50 luxury tenders, and more than 560 exhibitors from across the shipbuilding, design and brokerage world. It is organised by Informa Markets and draws owners, brokers, shipyards and charter clients from every corner of the industry, all in one harbour, for four days.

For a charter broker, it is less a trade fair and more a working week on the water. Deals get discussed dockside, new builds get their first proper look, and next season’s booking calendar starts taking shape before the show even closes.

SSY at Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Our Fleet in Port Hercule

Silver Star Yachting is a family-founded Italian charter brokerage with more than 15 years of experience in the Mediterranean market and MYBA Corporate Partner status. Based in Ischia, the team works across Italy, France, Croatia and Greece, and the show is where a good part of next year’s fleet gets introduced to brokers and clients in person.

This year, three yachts are representing Silver Star Yachting on the dock: a new-build Azimut motor yacht, the flagship of Fountaine Pajot’s power catamaran range, and a sailing yacht that is the very first hull of her kind. Between them, they cover motor, catamaran and sail, which makes Port Hercule this September a good place to compare all three side by side before booking a 2027 charter.

Meet the Fleet: 3 Yachts at MYS 2026

ALE III | Azimut Grande Trideck, 38m

Ale Iii At Monaco Yacht Show 2026

Dockside location: Quai des États-Unis, Unit E05 inside the Azimut Pavilion

ALE III is an Azimut Grande Trideck, and she is arguably the boldest yacht Silver Star Yachting is bringing to Monaco this year. Designed by Alberto Mancini with interiors by M2Atelier and naval architecture from P.L. Ausonio and Azimut’s own R&D team, the Grande Trideck introduces what Azimut calls a three-decks-plus-one layout: a half-raised aft deck that opens up four separate outdoor terraces across the yacht, so guests are rarely more than a few steps from open air and a sea view.

At 38.22 metres, she has the volume of a much larger yacht without feeling like one. Carbon-Tech construction cuts the weight of the superstructure by roughly 30 percent, and her Low Emission Yacht configuration is built to reduce fuel consumption by at least 20 percent against a conventional motor yacht of the same size. She accommodates up to 10 guests across her cabins.

ALE III has not been formally listed yet, which makes the show the first real opportunity to see her before she appears on the charter market.

ANIMA | Fountaine Pajot Power 80, 24m

Anima At Monaco Yacht Show 2026

Dockside location: Quai l’Hirondelle, Unit H03

ANIMA is a Fountaine Pajot Power 80, the flagship of the shipyard’s power catamaran collection and, for now, the only one available for charter in Italy. She brings genuine superyacht comfort to the power catamaran format: 250 square metres of entertaining space spread across a foredeck jacuzzi and sun loungers, an aft cockpit that opens straight into the saloon, and a flybridge built for alfresco dining with panoramic views in every direction.

Below deck, ANIMA sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 en-suite cabins, including a Master suite and a VIP cabin. Twin engines rated up to 900 hp give her a comfortable cruising speed of 15 knots, and she can run silently at anchor overnight. She is based out of Salerno, within easy reach of the Amalfi Coast, making her a natural fit for guests who want a base near Naples with the range to cruise further afield.

BIANCA II | Grand Soleil 80 LC, 26.2m

Bianca Ii At Monaco Yacht Show 2026

BIANCA II is the newest and, in a real sense, the first of her kind: the debut hull of Cantiere del Pardo’s Grand Soleil 80 LC, the most performance-focused sailing yacht the shipyard has ever built. Naval architecture comes from Matteo Polli, with design by Nauta Design, and the combination shows in how she sails.

Below deck, a lowered saloon floor and large windows make her feel unusually bright and open for a sailing yacht, with room for up to 10 guests across 4 cabins, a Master, a VIP with a Pullman berth, and two further twins, all with en-suite bathrooms and separate shower boxes. She is based in Genoa, in reach of the Ligurian coast, the French Riviera and Corsica, with a professional crew of 3 on hand throughout.

Why the MYS Matters for Luxury Yacht Charter Mediterranean Bookings?

Most of what shows up at the show will not be listed anywhere online for months, which is exactly why serious charter clients still make the trip. ALE III is a good example: she is on the dock in Port Hercule before she has a single public listing. Walking a yacht in person, before the rest of the market has seen her, is still the fastest way to secure the best weeks of the 2027 season, especially for a debut hull like BIANCA II or a flagship like ANIMA, where demand tends to move quickly once the season opens.

It is also simply the most efficient way to compare yachts. Instead of piecing together spec sheets and photos from different builders, you can walk from a 38-metre Azimut motor yacht to a Fountaine Pajot power catamaran to a Grand Soleil performance sailer in the same afternoon.

What to Expect at MYS 2026?

Beyond the yachts themselves, the show runs a full programme across Port Hercule: a Designer Gallery showcasing the latest work from naval architects and interior designers, a Blue Wake area dedicated to sustainable technology in yachting, and dedicated Adventure and Dockside areas for guests who want a closer look at tenders, toys and on-water experiences. Tickets are available to the public as well as trade professionals, so this is one of the few major yacht shows charter clients can attend directly rather than through a broker alone.

Onboard visits, though, are at the discretion of the exhibiting broker or shipyard, so it’s worth attending alongside your broker, who can arrange private viewings and put together a personalised shortlist of tours in advance.

How to Plan Your Mediterranean Yacht Charter for 2027?

If this year’s show has you thinking about next season, the earlier you start, the better your choice of weeks. Peak July and August dates on yachts like ANIMA and BIANCA II tend to go first, and a new-build like ALE III will likely book quickly once her details are confirmed.

A good starting point is deciding what kind of yacht suits your group: browse the fleet’s motor yachts if speed and range matter most, or the sailing yachts if you want a more hands-on, wind-powered week on the water. Our complete yacht charter guide walks through the rest, from itineraries to booking timelines, so you can lock in the right yacht before the best weeks are gone.
